Her Forte maintains a strict Refund Policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients. All sales for digital programs, fitness guides, coaching services, nutrition plans, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access and value provided upon purchase. Because our programs are digital and cannot be returned, refunds are not issued for change of mind, lack of participation, or failure to use the services provided. In cases where a technical issue prevents access to purchased materials, Her Forte will promptly assist in restoring access, but this does not qualify for a refund. If a duplicate purchase is made in error, clients may request review within 48 hours for potential correction.
